Gender Pay Gap Report
Published: 23 July 2026 · Reviewed annually · Applies to: 3T Restoration Ltd
3T Restoration Ltd is committed to equal pay and equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender. This report sets out our gender pay gap data in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
1. Introduction
3T Restoration Ltd is a specialist property restoration and damp-proofing company operating across England, Scotland and Wales. We are committed to creating a fair and inclusive workplace where all employees are rewarded and recognised based solely on their skills, performance and contribution — not their gender.
2. What Is the Gender Pay Gap?
The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women across an organisation, expressed as a percentage of men's earnings. It is distinct from equal pay, which concerns whether men and women are paid the same for the same or equivalent work. A gender pay gap can exist even where an organisation pays men and women equally for the same role, if more men than women occupy higher-paid roles.
3. Our Workforce
The property restoration and damp-proofing sector has historically attracted a predominantly male workforce, particularly in field-based and technical roles. 3T Restoration Ltd reflects this sector profile. We recognise that addressing the gender pay gap requires long-term commitment to recruitment, development and retention practices that actively encourage diversity at every level of the business.
4. Mean and Median Gender Pay Gap
Our gender pay gap data is calculated using the standard methodology set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. The mean gender pay gap is the difference between the average hourly pay of male and female employees. The median gender pay gap is the difference between the midpoints in the ranges of hourly pay of male and female employees. Where our data shows a gap, this is primarily attributable to the higher proportion of men in field-based technical roles, which attract higher rates of pay, rather than any difference in pay for equivalent roles.
5. Bonus Pay Gap
Where bonus payments are made, they are applied consistently and transparently across the business based on individual performance and contribution. Any bonus pay gap reflects the distribution of roles across the business rather than differential treatment of employees based on gender.
6. Pay Quartiles
Pay quartile data divides our workforce into four equal bands from lowest to highest paid and shows the proportion of male and female employees in each band. The distribution of women across pay quartiles reflects the current composition of our workforce and the sector more broadly. We are committed to improving female representation across all quartiles, particularly in senior and technical roles.
7. Actions We Are Taking
3T Restoration Ltd is committed to reducing the gender pay gap over time. Our actions include: reviewing job advertisements and role descriptions to ensure they are inclusive and free from gendered language; actively encouraging applications from women for technical and field-based roles; ensuring that all pay decisions are based on objective criteria and are free from bias; providing equal access to training, development and progression opportunities for all employees; and reviewing our flexible working policies to ensure they support employees of all genders.
8. Equal Pay Commitment
3T Restoration Ltd is committed to the principle of equal pay for equal work. We regularly review our pay structures to ensure that men and women performing the same or equivalent roles are paid equally. Any pay differences between employees in the same or equivalent roles are based solely on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, performance and length of service.
9. Reporting and Review
This report will be reviewed and updated annually. We are committed to transparency in our reporting and to making continuous progress in closing the gender pay gap within our business.
